Returns Policy

We hope you love your purchase from The Milliner’s Stash. Every piece is carefully selected and thoughtfully reworked, making each design unique.

Returns

If you change your mind, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused.
  • In its original condition.
  • Returned with all original packaging and tags (where applicable).

Please contact us before returning your item so we can provide return instructions.

Return Postage

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 working days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or has been sent in error.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs where possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Order Cancellations

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind quickly.

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After this time, your order will likely already be processed and dispatched or prepared for dispatch, and we are unable to cancel it.

If you wish to cancel within this timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
