Shipping Options

Standard Shipping (Free)

We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders.

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product listing (for example, bespoke or made-to-order pieces).

Delivery is via Royal Mail or a comparable tracked service, and usually arrives within 2–5 working days after dispatch.

Speedy Shipping

If you need your order sooner, a faster shipping option is available at checkout for an additional cost.

This service prioritises dispatch and uses an expedited delivery service where possible.

Processing Times

Each piece is carefully handled and packed by hand. During busy periods or for one-of-a-kind reworked items, dispatch times may be slightly longer—this will always be noted on the product page.

Tracking

Where possible, all orders are sent with tracking information. You will receive your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
