The Claire Halo Headpiece in French Navy

Meet the Claire, classic but modern. The sculpted shape is made from Japanese visca. The straw has been stiffened and blocked using traditional millinery techniques. The halo style has more presence than a padded headband but just as much style as a hat.

The straw remains unlined to ensure it is easy to pin to and to add any of the mix and match accessories. There are little elastic loops for hair pins for extra security. The Claire is ideal to wear to a wedding when you add a silk brooch or two. For an evening or winter event you could add a lightweight vintage brooch. Equally The Claire can be worn on its own.
